Very prompt response. Employees were very friendly and professional. No foul language or funny stories. They asked us a few questions to trouble shoot the problem. Quoted a fair price. Went straight to work and completed the job in a timely manner.
We’ve used this plumbing service twice and are very happy with their work. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are very flexible with their scheduling and cost are not overwhelming I like the fact they do a free estimate and do not deviate from that estimate once repairs are made.
Matt came out at 9 at night and stayed until he found and fixed the leak. I have an 80 year old mom with me and a brother who had a stroke living with us. I could not go the night without water. He was fabulous even with freezing hands he fixed and dug in our yard to find the leak. They had him at our house about 1/2 after we called the emergency number. I just had your guy leave because the tank lid is "too deep", lol. I told him when he got here I've never seen anyone show up without a tractor. Anyway, I called a real septic company in Chastains. We laughed when I told him the Mickey mouse operation you guys run. Absolutely pathetic. I will be letting the BBB and the Chamber know how poor you guys are at servicing the public.
I paid almost $3800 to have a gas line ran and have some stuff for my kitchen. I also paid to have a toilet installed at $500+ so I have spent a lot of money with this company the last 2 months. I call the gas company to get my meter installed and they would not install because you are supposed to have black iron piping running to the inside of the house by code and a few other small things. Could not have ask for better service. Called on Friday night and they sent Alfonso next morning. He was wonderful and very professional. Got our problem fixed. Prices are reasonable, especially since it was a weekend. Would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone!!
