Had Mr. Rooter come service our garburator because our dishwasher wasn’t draining, they serviced and installed a new one for us but never removed the drain plug in the garburator to dishwasher hook up so our dishwasher was still not draining and they advised us to get a new dishwasher so $800 later we find out they didnt knock out the plug and that was the only reason it wouldn’t drain. Not impressed with the service and advice from these “professionals”. Much better options for plumbers in town.
Way over priced. ** Definitely have the right company... $4600 for a 40gal hot water tank replacement.... Crazy...

As a caretaker of a multi dwelling building, we were surprised by a flood in a basement unit, called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday morning, Kalen was quick to arrive and able to identify and help resolve our issue! Would recommend hands down!
Kalen showed up to deal with our issue super quick on a sunday. Amazing service, fantastic guy to deal with, and got the building back up and running quickly and with a smile
