I caution against the use of Mr. Rooter as being a reputable company. Recent service has been used by my senior parents to replace 2 frost free outdoor water bibs. Not disputing the service as it was adequate and appears to be correct. The invoice is the issue, as it was $1202.27 and was to be paid without an itemized invoice. Only later was a email sent with a copy of a unclear invoice as to how much was paid for what service or materials needed. I was hesitant after reading some poor reviews on mr rooter kamloops, I am happy to report, I am won over. Jason and his crew got the job done and kept me informed of options & situations as they developed. I had a broken sewer pipe where excavation was necessary. I would use them again.
We had a water heater explosion. Kalen from mr. Rooter came out immediately, replaced the water heater, and he also made us feel extremely comfortable as he was extremely pleasant - I would highly recommend Kalen from mr. Rooter for any of your plumbing needs!
