Terrible decision having these people step foot into my home. To say the destroyed it is an understatement. Their employee came in on a 9am on Friday, he got a 1/2 inch auger stuck in my 1-1/2 inch kitchen sink pipes. He spent about 20-40 minutes reffing on the snake causing extensive damage to my cabinets. The owner/ manager came to help. Who basically didn’t nothing but cut into my drywall (with permission) and try to tell us that our ABS pipes weren’t up to code… trying to convince us that we needed to upgrade our pipes. ... read more
Not a good company to deal with ,they ask for your insurance coverage and Bass their prices for work and materials by coverage or more ,they overcharge and don't leave your property as they found it ,they have caused damage to my property and will not come out and even look at damage,and Sherry in the office doesn't relay messages ,and can be arguments,not worth the headache,thete are better companies in Kamloops ,that stand by their work and don't overprice.Beware
Would not recommend calling them for anything. I called and made a appointment to have a simple $30 water shut-off tap changed in my house that feeds the outside sprinklers. I asked for a quote or even a ballpark number but was told the installer would be the one doing that. Then half hour before the appointment they called to say there was a 100 dispatch fee.
