I am so relieved that my hot water tank did not flood the entire basement. I called Mr. Rooter late at night about 11 and Kalen responded asap to tell me how to shut the gas/water off so it would not continue to leak and so the house was safe. very unethical company. I had an issue with my septic tank, discovered the first time I had it pumped since the same company replaced the field for over $25000 a year or so prior. I sent pictures of the problem and was verbally quoted $7400 to repair and that they couldn't come for 4 days. I couldn't wait 4 days, so I looked elsewhere. I sent the same pictures to another company. They had me dig a hole beside the field, took me 1 hour (as a 60 year old man). Kalen Gaetz was called at 1pm and we told him about a major block in our toilet. Water was leaking from the pipes and into the basement ceiling onto the floor. We turned off the water and called Mr. Rooter on Sunday afternoon. He informed us that he would be here by 3pm. At 3 he was knocking on the door. He worked quickly and was very efficient. Proffesional service, we are very satisfied and happy to have our bathroom back in working order. Thanks Kalen! 5/5 stars

Needed a new shower installed and wanted it done right. They explained the setup, fitted everything neatly, and made sure it was working properly before leaving. Clean work and no issues since.

CHRIS PARASCHIV is the BEST! Very respectful, very educational on our leak! We wanted to give him a generous tip, but there was no option on Interac! Over all genuine human being! Mr. Rooter is lucky to have him! 100% if we have any more trouble in the future, we know who to call! Thank you!
