Not a review about service provided, just about integrity... I won a draw I entered for a fancy new faucet and won. I told them I was away for the next 2 weeks on a road trip but would arrange installment when I returned. This was okay'd, until a couple days later I got a voicemail saying they didn't want to wait and were revoking my prize and redrawing. I'm unsure why it was such a rush to claim my the prize I was entitled to. Poor reflection on them in my opinion.

The gentleman was very nice who showed up to our office to look at a wobbly kitchen sink faucet and a slow draining sink. After receiving quotes that ranged from $614.25 to simply snake the sink drain to $2,993.79 for the Platinum service which also included installing a new faucet I thought I’d get another estimate. Thankfully, Interior Plumbing and Heating showed up, tightened the faucet and explained what we needed to change about the bathroom sink and it cost me $262.50. He was done in about 30 minutes. 5 Stars – Excellent Service! Mr. Rooter was excellent from start to finish. They showed up on time, took on the project with confidence, and worked efficiently. The technician was neat, clean, informative, and clearly very competent. I really appreciated the clear communication and professionalism. Highly recommend!
