@MrRooterAtlanta has been to our home 4 times to service our sump pump in the basement. After the 1st technician came (David), the basement flooded. He sealed the lid of the sump pump and did NOT level the pipes coming out of it. Now there is water damage. 2 weeks later, and 3 more technicians later, the pipe coming from the sump pump has a leak that squirts into the air.
