@MrRooterAtlanta has been to our home 4 times to service our sump pump in the basement. After the 1st technician came (David), the basement flooded. He sealed the lid of the sump pump and did NOT level the pipes coming out of it. Now there is water damage. 2 weeks later, and 3 more technicians later, the pipe coming from the sump pump has a leak that squirts into the air. The plumber who moved some pipes as part of a remodel disconnected the line to my backyard sprinkler and dropped it under the new flooring. I called Mr. Rooter to come and diagnose why I had no water coming out of my backyard faucet. Hunter was able to diagnose it and repair the other plumber's mistake.
