Brandon was very knowledgeable and congenial! He was on call the night of Halloween that he could’ve been spending with his son and instead he was so nice and able to completely replace our hot water tank at the last minute!

Mr. Rooter sent Technician Darion Thornton who was very courteous and knowledgeable. Mr. Thornton explained what he was and would be doing very thoroughly and was very patient.
