Their price was competitive and they had the longest warranty of anyone who gave us an estimate. They did a great job, and all their men were friendly and worked hard. Mr. Rooter even helped me find affordable financing so I could save my home from further damage. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter for any kind of plumbing or drain problem.
I got more than I paid for and I'll use them again. A Mr. Rooter technician named Tony came to my home on August 13th. I was very pleased with his attitude and work ethic. He was respectful and knowledgeable. I thought everything was excellent from start to finish. I am going to definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future for any of my plumbing needs! Best of all he solved a problem no one else could figure out. I was unsure since there was no charge for him to come out a lok at what was going on.
