Caleb was great!
Corey was on time, explained everything in layman's language so I could understand and made sure everything was working and running smoothly before leaving. Very nice guy too.
Corey was knowledgeable and thorough. I will be calling Mr. Rooter for all future plumbing needs!
Corey and Pedro were amazing. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Being a family new to having a septic system, when the pump alarm sounded it was a bit scary and we didn’t know what to expect. They were out the next day and not only did they expertly diagnose and fix the problem, but they also educated us on the system itself to the point of making it not scary at all and giving us the ability to self-diagnose in the future. Will call them without question in the future should the need arise.
Derek and Justin did a fantastic job! All drains open, toilets flushing, OUTSTANDING.
