Caleb is so knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He diagnosed the issue and took care of it. I would recommend his service any time!
I had Caleb out today to replace a PVC pipe to my septic system. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He was meticulous and thorough to the point I couldn't even tell he had dug a hole to replace the pipe. Everything was replaced where it was taken out. Mr. Rooter will be my go-to plumbing company.
Phenomenal company and crew. The office is great with letting us know when to expect service. Caleb has been our guy since we started having plumbing issues, and is always on time, quick to get to work and as communicative as possible. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing services.
We've now utilized Mr Rooter on multiple occasions, both times we've had Corey come out to assist us. Both times have been some of the best experiences we've had with plumbers. The office is always prompt to answer, or quick to return our call, they were able to work with our schedule for sending a technician out. Corey is always incredibly professional and the work is fantastic. Prices are very reasonable. We will continue to utilize Mr Rooter, and I would highly recommend requesting Corey Smith for your work if available.
