Mr Rooter was the third company that I called, needing to fix a leaking toilet (wax ring needing replacing). First 2 companies were unavailable for 1+ weeks. Corey arrived within 2 hours, was professional and discovered the issue very quickly, made adjustments and finished the job so it was done correctly. A service fee was added, but disclosed before appointment was made. I would use them again.
Nathan was very professional and committed to completing all work required. He went above and beyond locating the proper replacement parts and job preparation. Do not hesitate with this company for a great job done!
