Highly recommend! Excellent service. Auggie quickly responded to my call when my hot water heater leaked and immediately came around himself that day to check on it. He was always easy to get in touch with and quickly returned calls. I cannot say enough about how courtesy, organized, clean, and the level of attention to detail he and his staff had when installing a new tankless system for me.
We've used Augie and Mr. Rooter for a few plumbing issues and the service has been great. They stand by their work and make sure the job is completely finished and done the right way.
Highly recommend! The owner Auggie called ahead to have a clear idea of what was needed so he would be better prepared - He was on time, courteous, honest and explained everything without pressuring me. He made sure I fully understood what was causing our problem... and didn't nickel-and-dime me. Even the person answering their phones was wonderful. All-around top-notch customer service.
