Don't expect them to come when you need them. They also did a job and said it had a 3 year guarantee. They had to come back in a month and cancelled the guarantee. Jason pretty much called me a lier at one point. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
Loren came and immediately diagnosed the situation and had our bathroom drain working immediately. Wouldn't go with anyone else for our plumbing needs!
The job isn't even done yet and I'm giving them 5 stars. Having a pipe burst in the middle of the night during a high volume time of year is frightening. First call they were able to set up an appointment for the same day. Brody came out and gave us the information and options and we settled on a price. More reasonable than I expected and we should be good to go by afternoon. Courteous, professional and fast considering all the frozen pipes in the last few days. Biggest joke ever...first time they came out the guy acted like he was scared to put the camera in the pipe...that video was 1min 30 sec...charged me $150...he said that when I get the pipe snaked out he would come out and rerun the camera...I get the snake done and call them back...they say it will be another charge....(I never got the first video sent to me in an email like I was told)...I told them on second call that I needed the video for the city to review...so I payed for them to come back out..$130...so the same guy ... read more
Brody was amazing! He was very nice and professional. He helped us without trying to push things on us. We will definitely use this company for all our plumbing needs. Many businesses should take notes from these guys!
Jason was phenomenal. My shower drain was backed up and he came out on the weekend. Very polite, very friendly. I will be recommending to all my friends & family. Great prices!
A competitor was going to charge $1200. 00 MORE for a pump I didn't need. The technicians put in the correct pump in a very timely manor. Everyone I dealt with was very honest and friendly. Thank Mr. Rooter will definitely be calling you again for any plumbing issues we may have in the future :)
