Guy stopped by to change a packing nut washer ($2-4 part) due to small leak on outside faucet, over tightened the old washer at first creating a bigger constant leak. Called his suppliers and stated they do not carry parts for our faucet type and offered complete replacement of outside faucet ($500+). I refused, the guy just left us with a worse leak than before by saying “Nothing I can do. Have a good day” What a crappy service. At least don’t worsen the issue! Have been calling their emergency number since 6:45 this morning and no one has called back. They are supposed to be available 24/7.
RecommendedBrody pleasant , on time and worked until the water heater was up and running. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
We have used them , remodeled bathroom , new water heater , garbage disposal and fixed a leaky toilet . Both Bryar and Brody have worked for us and we can’t say enough nice things about them . This is the third time we have used Mr. Rooter and each time we always request Loran.The Quality and the Outstanding work ethics by Loran is the best that I have ever seen.We had tree roots in our main line and they had to be cleaned out.Loran used 2 different augers and was here for 3 hours.Loran did not give up and was successful.There were no extra charges and Loran gives 100% to the customer.He always go's above and beyond and gives the job his all.Six. months ago Loran installed a new hot water tank and sump pump for us... read more
I will never call them again. Setup an appointment a week in advance to do a sewer inspection. I took off work early costing me well over a $100 They call 30-40 min. before they are supposed to show up, to tell me they are not going to be able to make it do to an emergency. And want me to setup another appointment for another day. Thought you were open 24/7 no charge for after hours. Would have happily did it later in the day so it wouldn’t cost me anymore money or miss any work. But instead I’ll just get another company. At... read more
