The servicemen were professional. They answered all our question so that we could understand. They cleaned up any mess rhey made. They were very careful with my wood steps to the basement. They were friendly. They wore their masks.
Akthough it was on a Sunday and of course it always costs more, Sebastian was great. Told me price right up front and even though had never saw my old water heater before, got it fixed for the parts only plus the Sunday cost. But he did it. Very personable, kept me informed all the way. Would highly recommend Mr Rooter and Sébastian if you can get him. And Sebastian, you left your knife at my house. Still have it for you.
The guy came out to repair a broken shower elbow. His first idea was to cut a hole in my wall. I then suggested he use the extractor tool.... which he didn't have (why send someone that doesn't have the tool even though I specifically said what the issue was on the phone). After 40ish minutes he had everything fixed and was leaving (no hole in the wall). His fix was to use needle nose vice grips and just tug on it until it came out. Mr Rooter came out quickly and was informative about what needed to be done. He did a great job. Would recommend to all my friends.
Did a great job. Kept me fully informed as the repair progressed. Came out later in the day and stayed till the job was done. Very professional.
