I hired Mr. Rooter to replace some older pipes due to rust issues. The response time was fast, and they were able to provide same-day service. The technician was friendly but seemed to rush through the job. I was under the impression that both the hot and cold water lines would be replaced, but only the hot water line was done. I didn’t press the issue at the time since everything seemed to be working when he left. However, later that same day, I discovered two leaks and had to call him back. Michael was here for just a few minutes and he said that my problem was most likely septic related. He suggested that I call the septic company and have them come out to pump my septic. There was no charge for his visit which is always a plus. Thank you Mr. Rooter for your input.
