I originally wrote a great review of Mr. Rooter plumbing because I thought Michael was a good technician. Come to find out my main drain clogged again in a week and had to make a warranty call while having one of my friends stay at my house because I was at work. Mr. Rooter took 7 hours to get out to my house for a warranty call and would not update me with eta. They do horrible work bottom line. They answered and scheduled our appointment very quickly. Maintained professional communication and Ralph discussed our options very thoroughly before beginning the work. He did a great job cleaning out our sewer line and recommending future prevention. Overall a wonderful experience!
