Mr Rooter advertises a coupon price of $79 to clear a sewer line when they know that nobody will get that price, and then they charge four times that amount for sending a video camera up your sewer line without even asking if you want all that because they use it to try to get you to pay $5000 to clean all your lines. They are scam artists. Look at all the complaints about them on the Complaint Board.

Their plumbers are very professional, courteous and show up on time. They usually have to give you an estimate and then go out and get parts, so be prepared for the job to take longer than estimated. Try and by-pass their CSR and get the cell # of the plumber for the next trip.

Very friendly and on time. They installed a back flow system for us and provided a city permit for yearly inspections. They answered all of my questions and explained how and what they were doing with each step along the way.
