After being charged $250 to diagnose a full septic tank and $500 to pump it, a month later I’m having the same issues. Not to mention the 2 x $69 charges just for them to drive here.
First, the service man arrived the same day I called. I had text messages prior letting me know when he would arrive. Impressive. Second, he was a very polite man who answered any questions I had and tried his best to not make unnecessary messes in my home. Third, he solved my problem! Highly recommend.
Piping in wall busted in two places, technician was very polite, and professional. Had great conversation with him during and after repairs.
