I just can't say enough good things about Mr. Rooter and the great service that they provide. The service man , Michael, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and repaired them in record time. If anyone needs a great plumbing service company, I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter. Thanks!!!!

I asked the lady that called to take my payment why it was $200 to put a 5 cent washer in my spigot. It took him longer to write the invoice then to do the actual repair. I told her I would pay it if that's what it was but I would have to find another plumber because that price is ridiculous. She then asked me to hold for my payment confirmation number. When did customer service get so terrible?

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! First off they charged $379 to come out and didn’t fix the problem. The website states they are 24 hours, however they were supposed to come that night didn’t make it until 9:30am the next day. My father and I ended up fixing the problem. If you need help I highly suggest you DON’T CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! All we did was took the toilet up and found the blockage, removed it and now everything works properly. Charged us almost a thousand dollars to change a leaking pipe and new dollar tree faucet. Took them three days to do it also.
