Property Manger is SO RUDE ! I called to get an update because my landlord informed me that someone was coming out and I wanted to know when. The lady responded with an attitude as if i was aware of the situation. The first time I called she was rude as well . Better customer service from the property manager would be great .

I contacted Mr. Rooter to assist me with a septic tank issue. Their response was prompt and our technician, Michael, was a hard worker and tried to assist us. However, after 2 days of work, we were told our septic tank was located under a concrete patio and would have to be torn up to access our septic tank. I was uncomfortable with this assessment and contacted another company to locate the tank. In 30 minutes time. they had located the tank and marked it for pumping. When someone tells you they need immediate service that means IMMEDIATELY! It does not mean you get to dic me around for a week and a half! You were supposed to have someone at my home this past Tuesday and you canceled "due to rain", yet it did not rain at my home until 8pm that night! I will not be calling you again.
