Property Manger is SO RUDE ! I called to get an update because my landlord informed me that someone was coming out and I wanted to know when. The lady responded with an attitude as if i was aware of the situation. The first time I called she was rude as well . Better customer service from the property manager would be great .

I contacted Mr. Rooter to assist me with a septic tank issue. Their response was prompt and our technician, Michael, was a hard worker and tried to assist us. However, after 2 days of work, we were told our septic tank was located under a concrete patio and would have to be torn up to access our septic tank. I was uncomfortable with this assessment and contacted another company to locate the tank. In 30 minutes time. they had located the tank and marked it for pumping.
