At first they weren't going to be able to help me but called me back and said they were able to get a technician to me. The technician was prompt very nice and took pride in his work and cleaned up after himself. I wasn't crazy about the price but the technician and service was top notch
Our house was virtually destroyed by Helene. If you can think of any type of construction type businesses and trades….I’ve needed them ALL and Mr.Rooter is the best company I’ve dealt with! From the supervisor and receptionist to the workers that make the calls! Big shout out to Morgan, Fletcher, Jerome, and the young man that accompanied Jerome, (I missed getting his name)! Not 5 out of 5 but 10 out of 10!!
Had my home replumbed by this company. They took shortcuts to get the job done as quick as possible after augering 4 holes into my foundation not being able to find my slab leak. I have hose spicket ball valves for my washer hook ups and I have PEX lines that are not insulated or secured in my attic. Update: The company contacted me and they have repaired the issues with the replumb.
