Overall, we were satisfied with our roof and gutter restoration, and the quality of work was generally high. However, there were a few issues that were disappointing. 1. We were not provided with an official quote, invoice, or any formal documentation. 2. The front gutter was not aligned correctly, and the fall does not allow water to drain properly. We recently had Amin replace some of our gutters that had seen better days. His attention to detail & willingness to go above & beyond was outstanding. We are very happy with his quality of workmanship.
Right from the start, Alex was working to make our roof safe. Just 5 minutes after he inspected our property he was on the roof removing some unsafe tiles. Even before we had discussed our roof restoration. Alex is all about doing a great job to a high standard. Our work started with cleaning and lots of necessary repairs and replacement tiles. Then it was painted to perfection. The whole team was hard-working and very polite. We are very impressed with our restored roof - it looks like new.
We highly recommend Alex for roof repairs. The work he completed was carefully planned and professionally done. The result was excellent.
