(The order in question was ordered through 1-800 Flowers) Received balloons today, which was a nice surprise. Too bad 2 of them were clearly blown up days ago as they are already drooping and definitely missing air compared to the other 4. Terrible. Cutting corners on balloons that people are already overpaying for? Ridiculous. What a scam. Do not use this place if you can help it as they clearly don’t care about what they send out.

I received the Sparkling Holiday Ornament arrangement and it is beautiful. Many times arrangements do not end up resembling ones featured on different florists website. This is even prettier than online. Love it
