Had them do my front brakes. They squeak badly even though they are new. Moe, the manager, blames the squeaking on my choice of brake pads and doesn’t offer to even take look at it. $300 for a job poorly done. 10 years going to this place. And I am suspicious of the quality of oil as well. Am I really getting what I paid for?
Been getting the oil changed in all 3 family vehicles for a couple years. Very friendly family run business, always willing to go the extra mile, like cleaning my daughters foggy headlights. Today at 4pm, on my way to gas station, my alternator froze up and snapped the serpentine belt. I managed to limp into their shop with no power steering and everything over heating. They actually gave me a ride home, went and picked up a new alternator at parts store, installed it, changed the oil, and had me back on the road by 6pm. And... read more
