I had the best time with my friend During our stay at hotel indigo the staff was excellent and treated you with prompt and efficient, professional service. Our bartender Brenda was the best. She went above and beyond with serving us among the huge crowd of people she had. Will definitely be going back. And Brenda thanks for the hard work and great customer service
We went to Mr. Purple for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! If you're looking for a gorgeous, upscale, trendy place to relax and have a drink whole enjoying the NYC skyline this is definitely the place to be! The service was terrific and the staff was friendly and super accommodating! We'll definitely be back!! Thank you, Mr. Purple, for making it a night to remember!

I gave this place a second chance to only be even more dissapointed! I don't think I will ever come back to this place unless they change their management. The place is beautiful but people are really not feeling the unfriendly vibe from their staff. Wake up Mr Purple ! Extremely rude staff. No common sense of how to treat people. Staff act like homeland security when checking ID. No one picks up the phone and now one returns calls. I tried calling countless times to make a reservation for my husbands birthday but couldn't since the Fons are not answered. I finally made a reservation online and only to receive an email after several hours when we were almost there about only having sitting for a party of 6. We joined the longest line upon arrival. Worst place ever!!! I took my friends that were visiting from out of town. The doorman was rude and disrespectful. Told us that because we were from Mexico he was not going to let us in!!!
