Absolutely the worst experience . Very aggressive security. While talking to the manager about the situation, just asked him for his name to know who I am talking with , he just ran away . Plus we bought a bottle in the downstairs bar and the barman told me go upstairs bar and ask for glasses because they don't have any left . Amazing customer service �

The food is amazing, drinks are original and exotic, all that one would expect in The Big Apple. Atmosphere is warm and exciting. Staff remarkably attentive and professional. Recommend "Barrel of Monkeys" cocktail. You cannot possibly order anything from the kitchen that you will not love. Wonderful chef, he should visit the tables now and then, would love to make his acquaintance. Just superb experience all around.
Expected to see more Purple 🤣🤣but I came to Celebrate my Birthday. All in all I was happy to be there .
Just had the worst experience at a bar ever. Took forever to get our orders taken. Forever to get our drinks and after we got them we never got a visit from our server to order more. So we tried leaving (as we were guests in the hotel and charged our one drink a piece to our room) and THAT got the waitresses attention real quick because she pounced on us and dragged us off the elevator to come sign our bill.
