Firstly, Mr Purple's address is wrong - 180Ludlow but located at Indigo Hotel which is 171 Ludlow. The manager never smile nor make eye contact even when there was a complaint made. I wanted to pay cash but the waitress just charged my card without asking me. Manager never offered apology from the mistakes that he had to correct due to the waitress stupidity!
