Family owned and operated butcher. The meats are so tender and fresh. They cook the roast beef there and thinly slice it for sandwiches too. So delicious!!
Best butcher in all of NJ!! Love the owner great prices and great selection!!
My first time there. Best meatballs ever. Their homemade carrot cake baked by a local woman was truly the best I ever had. Nick, his wife and staff are the sweetest people. They made me feel like I knew them forever. Don't pass this little gem of a butcher shop up

My son and I stopped in durring the candy cane scavenger hunt tonight. What great people they are! The shop is so cute inside and out. It's great to have stores like this around! We will definitly be back sooner than later!

World's best meats, and who doesn't love Nick and Nancy?! I come from Red Bank to shop here!! Nancy taught me how to make my hubby's favorite dish.."short ribs", and the pork chops here are to die for. His burgers are my Tuesday night "go to", and ask about the "butter" steak. After shopping here you can never buy meat in a grocery store again, and truthfully I don't know a butcher shop as WONDERFUL!! xoxo

Mr. Prime Outstanding Nick and his wife Nancy operate Mr. Prime in Manasquan, and they do a terrific job. Knowing his work from Tom Bailey's in Spring Lake, I was not surprised to find that his new quarters house the same excellent products. You can't find a better steak anywhere.
