Unreliable, barely competent, not trustworthy. I made the mistake of using American Home Shield. This was the only plumber available via AHS. I have had too many miserable and exhausting experiences with both and have since canceled AHS. AVOID at all possible costs!!!

These guys are terrible. They came to my house, said they can do the job, ordered parts and they never came back. I'll never use them again

I put in three separate requests through AHS and apparently this is the only plumber they have. All three times Mr Plumber lied to AHS saying I canceled the appointment. After thinking the first time was an error I submitted again..after the third call from AHS asking if I needed the appointment because I canceled I realized that Mr Plumber was lying and saying I was canceling so they didn't have to do the appointment. Good experience with Mr. Plumber. We have America HS insurance. When the first vendor gave AHS wrong diagnosis, MR. Plumber came to give second opinion and DID THE JOB on first visit. Thank you!
