Brandon Simms initially came out to clean a pipe that was clogged in the basement. He completed the work and showed me that it was no longer clogged. However the next time I went to do laundry about a week later the pipes that he had reconnected after unclogging were leaking. While looking for where the leak was coming from I also noticed the mess he left of all of the sewage that he splattered all over my basement while unclogging the drain.
