I come here all the time when I vacation it has good food and service I love it
Excellent food and service. We had a party of 10 and they were very busy. They told us 15 minute wait but it was not that long. We all got our food at the same time and our waitress was outstanding !!!
Waitress was not friendly. My order was wrong. Sent It back. It was returned to my table filled with frozen fruit. We were also served cold bacon. Complained and were told "that's too bad". Needless to say we will never go back!
Terrible place Last time I went I was charged 8.50 for 1 waffle I was charged for a refill of coffee that I never wanted. Coffee was stale and cold Food came super late and cold When you arrive you won't be seated until your whole party is there. Which is fine except for the fact that when I was checking out there was an elderly woman with an oxygen tank that was being yelled at by the table seater saying that he wasn't he wasn't going to seat her until the rest of her party arrived
Horrible customer service.
Every time I go to the Dells I go to Mr. Pancake for breakfast every day. The food is always good, and the service fast. Now, I always go before 9 am. After that, the wait can be long because people want to eat there.
Disappointing! Disorganized. We received our breakfast at 3 different times. Some was warm some not, none hot. Toast wasn't toasted. I ordered the hash browns with onion. They came with room temperature diced raw onions on top. Inedible. Can't believe they couldn't take 60 seconds to cook them with the hash browns. Lastly, the kids menu. No kids drinks?
