Because I cant rate it zero!! It was a horrible experience.
Coffee was cold, the waitress wasn't friendly at all (Halle).
The 1st day we went the wait was 20mins, tried the next and no wait at all. However, tables are very small so it was hard to fit 5 people at a table that was really meant for 4...bummer!! The food was ok nothing fancy. Personally don't like that everything was a la carte. 1 waffle was $6.75 and than 3 slices of bacon was $3.95 if I remember correctly, so $10.70 for 1 waffle and 3 slices of bacon... dislike!! We were on vacation in the dells and decided to eat here portion size was good filled you up. Would eat there again
I don't really understand all the negative comments on here. My family of four had breakfast there and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Our waitress was extremely helpful, and she checked on us regularly. Our food was delicious! We will definitely be back when we visit the Dells again!
I can understand why the place was so packed...its awesome! Will be returning next time we're at the Dells!

We had ordered chocolate chip pancakes and the waitresses comes out with buttermilk pancakes with chocolate chips in top that's not chocolate chip pancakes! Worst experience ever!
