Staff was very nice and the food was very very good.
We had a group of people and we got split up into 2 tables which I thought would at least we would be able to talk to each other but our tables were facing the opposite way so we had backs turned to us so it was hard to talk to the other table and our bill was suppose to b split into 3's and she put it all on one so she could make sure she got the 18% tip and all it had was prices on it not what we ate so didn't know who had what will not be eating there again
Food was good and hot, service was good not great. Server definitely had to many tables to be responsible for (which is managements fault). That is the only reason for not getting 5 stars.
Walked in and couldn't be seated until the last person was in the building. Finally got seated then had to wait to be waited on. Next not all of the food was hot waitress only checked on the table twice then had to wait until we got our check to receive our to go box. When I paid the bill I was not asked how everything was I had to tell the cashier how shirty it was and all that was said was in sry, not even an ill tell the manager or would you like to see the manager or anything. When almost choking on a piece of pancake that had a couple chunks of plastic in it and your manager jokes, "well they're homemade, guess yours had a little something extra in it." Be very glad it wasn't my kids! First and last time I will ever eat here. I really wanted to walk out without paying and the fact I got charged at all after only eating one of the pancakes before finding the tainted one astounds me. Such terrible customer service.
Service was AMAZING and the peanut butter pancakes where even better!!!
Best omelette ever and loved my hash browns! Pancakes were incredible! Definitely going back next time I'm in the Dells!
