I decided to stop by this jewelry shop after years of staying away, and now I remember exactly why I never came back. The woman working there was incredibly unwelcoming ,didn’t greet me, and acted like I was wasting her time just by walking in. There was zero effort, zero interest, and absolutely no professionalism. The whole experience felt cold, dismissive. 0/10

La semana pasada entre para que me arreglaran mi medalla y la señorita Lupe se tardo demasiodo tiempo atras y luego ni me dijo cuanto tiempo iva a tardar y cuando le pregunte fue muy grosera, no recomiendo su servicio.
Tuve una muy desagradable experencia en esta tienda con la muchacha Galilea, entre para que arreglaran mi cadena aparte de que se veia muy distraiada con sus compañeros tambien tenia una actitud muy pesada.
