I reserved through Maria in advance to clean my employer's residence and with higher than average cleaning fee, I expected them to be professional. Maria's unresponsiveness after she promised she will send the cleaning crew back is the reason I will no longer work with this company. The website and everything appeared very professional. On the day of cleaning, Maria said the cleaning slot was arrival time although she never mentioned that. They did good job cleaning my home, they are professional, they don’t waste time, no need to tell them what to do, they are experts of what they are doing. So happy to have them cleaning and organising my home. Also, price is reasonable. Thank you Mr and Ms cleaning!
