I needed brakes on my Grand Cherokee in a hurry as I let it go too far, and Mr mechanic, Aaron and Josh accommodated me with professionalism and excellent quality workmanship. I will be returning for any of my future mechanical needs on my vehicles. I also learned of their expertise with classic cars and host a cars and coffee car show which I will be attending.
I have a small fleet of rental cars (6). The guys are very patient, efficient, and thorough. I am very happy with their service and I will continue to take my cars to them. Outstanding!!!
I felt stressed , but Josh explained everything very basic for me to understand, Mr Mechanic is honest I didn’t feel pressured the shop was clean and my car repairs were done quickly . Thank you Josh ,Erin and all of your professional knowledgeable mechanics
1000000% would recommend these guys over anyone else in the area and I've run other auto shops. Prices are completely reasonable. Kept me informed the whole time. One place told me 4-5K to repair my Jeep, walked out everything needed for under 2k. Very trustworthy. Ive found my new mechanic.
Service was prompt, highest of quality, and what I would consider an amazing return on my investment. Comparatively speaking, another local, rather large, well established big 3 car dealer wanted To charge me well over twice the amount to do the exact same work with lower quality parts and service/labor That cost significantly more. If that doesn’t say enough, I don’t know what does. don’t go anywhere else!
