I've had nothing but great experiences at Mr. Mechanic. Tony is very straight forward, explains my service issues in a way I understand, tries to find the most cost effective solution, and is very personable.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY CAR SERVICE!!! I had terrible experience here last Saturday. The guy at front desk called Craik shows no respect to customers and discriminates minorities. Last Saturday I wanted to find a place to do oil change for my car. I called several places nearby and the guy at Mr Mechanic said it could be as cheap as $25, then I decided to come here. Your comment of "and discriminates minorities" is both inaccurate and stunningly offensive, especially considering that the employee of whom you speak is African American. With that being said, the prices of our oil changes range from $29 to $199, depending on the model and oil requirements. Your vehicle was only $39. 12/20/17 I visited Mr. Mechanic after researching & reading customer reviews. I had major car issues and after speaking with Tony he put me at ease with the repairs needed. Since I decided to wait on my car, he continued to check on me to make sure the temperature was comfortable.
