When I arrived at Mr Matthew Evans medical practice, I could hardly say my name to the receptionist before she rushed to tell me what the medical payment was and then shoved the Efpos machine at me. Matthew preformed a rotor cuff repair on my shoulder earlier this year. Prior to the surgery I was nervous about the decision to have surgery, as I was concerned if my shoulder would be able to continue to full capacity for my hairdressing career. Matthew assured me he would repair anything he found wrong with my shoulder. Post surgery my healing and rehab has taken longer than expected. I have found Matthew to be supportive during follow up appointments. I can highly recommend Matthew.
Not happy with the treatment even after seeing him for more than a year and getting operated, kind of response I got 'I don't know what that is" with my shoulder is not very assuring.
