I honestly had a terrible experience with this guy. He had a bad attitude as we discussed the work that needed to be done, and worst of all, he didn't even do what I asked. The main reason I wanted him here was to remove odor (and to do some cleaning). It looks cleaner, but the odor is still lingering. It's not even close to being gone. He said the treatment would take half an hour. He only took 15 minutes. I'm pretty sure he wasnt thorough. I don't recommend him to anyone.
