Seems like you can never get ahold of them, always have to leave a message, but then they almost never call back. Kind of insane, huh? For the past 3 months, I've left probably about 20 voicemails just to figure out what was going on with my prescription. Pharmacy says they never got it, so I have to call this office - which never answers if that isn't obvious already - and be told that they did everything correctly on their end, that they DID send in the prescription. I have been going to Dr. Stawiski for quite sometime. His staff and himself were always on top of things and assisted in a timely manner (busy days were understandable). Ever since Stawiski left, I have had nothing but unpleasant and rude encounters with the staff. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, I did not get in until 1 hour later. Been going to Dr Stawiski for 50 years regarding psoriasis. Always been taken care of. But lately it’s so hard to get someone on the phone, get someone to call you back and make an appointment. Then you get to your appointment and you have to wait 1/2 hour to 45 minutes past your appointment time. They closed the Jenison office so Grand Rapids is the only option now. They have helped me once I finally get into see them and will continue to go through them, just wish it wasn’t always so hard to do so.
Had visit with Matt today for a couple of concerning areas. Froze some pre cancer on scalp and took a few biopsies from back and legs. Very efficient and knowledgable. Felt well cared for. Awesome practice.
Dr. Stawiski is probably the best dermatologist in Western Michigan. My experience with Marek Stawiski has been positive for the last twenty years.
