So....just in case you ever get HIT in the middle of the car wash by an elderly lady behind you....don't expect Mr. Magic to have any sympathy. The lady behind me is adamant the attendant never told her to put it in N....which I can believe...he wasn't even holding the Stop/Neutral paddle when I went through. Now I need to get an insurance repair. Anything from Mr. Magic? Perhaps at least an apology for having a process that can even allow this? Nope....a letter...blaming the old lady.
