AVOID and STAY AWAY from this location (Mr Lube at 6121 Hazealdean Road). Unprofessional and unfair service. After waiting 45 minutes, the assistant manager arrived, visibly upset, and moved another customer (a cube van) ahead of me and took him in right away. When I asked for clarification, the mechanic informed me that he was simply following the assistant manager’s orders.
