I just had the best experience here! My family and I have been at home sick since before Christmas only to find our tire was flat. We called Mr. Lube and Neel told us to come right in and he'd fix it up for us. Neel was very kind and considerate of our kids sleeping in the back of the car, the tire was fixed in less than 10 minutes and he sent us on our way at no charge. The kindness was above and beyond. We will absolutely be coming here for all our vehicle needs from this point on.
Thanks to Mr Lube, for the exceptional service & help for tires changing on rims. My rims broke off & ask them to help with changing tires. They are very happy to help & within 20-25 min, I am good to go. Will surely come back to you for oil change & other services. Truly recommend in Sylvan Lake

Be very careful when dealing with this shop. I had a slow leak in a tire and went into the shop to get it fixed. They looked at the tire and said that the sidewall was cracked and could not be repaired. They also said that the tires were worn out and had between 1/32 and 3/32 left on them and needed to be replaced immediately. The tires are high end and only had 43,000 kms on them.
