I’ve been coming to Jay at Mr. Lube in Sylvan Lake from Edmonton, and this is my second visit. It’ll be the only place I come for oil changes whenever I’m passing through Sylvan. Jay is always friendly, honest, and never pushy. He takes the time to explain what actually needs to be done without trying to upsell you on things you don’t need, and he always hooks me up with great prices. We were looking for a shop that would be open on a Saturday afternoon after finding a nail in our tire and needing to have it repaired in a pinch on our way to Banff. Mr. Lube was open, and they got it done pretty quickly. The staff there was really nice, and the price was pretty reasonable (I think?) at roughly 75 CAD for a tire plug repair.

We had a tire emergency while visiting Sylvan Lake. Since the local Canadian Tire was closed, we bought a new tire and brought it to Mr. Lube. The staff welcomed us right away, installed the tire quickly, and provided excellent service. Everyone was kind, professional, and efficient. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Highly recommend this Mr. Lube location. Thank you for your outstanding service!
