They charge unnecessary for asking you change anything
Amazing service. From out of town and had a tire with slow leak. I needed a replacement tire before I was able to drive back home. I went to multiple shops and this Mr.Lube was willing to help me in even though it was near closing time. They confirmed they had the correct size of tires and changed them to my rims. Fast and efficient. I was happy I was able to travel back home on the 401 without any issues. Thank you so much for taking the time to go above and beyond.
High pressure sales with minimal facts for reference. Quoted one price and charged $40.00 more than quote. Shoppers beware. This makes Midas look good..
This place is so slow I want there 2 times and turned me down I called yesterday and the guy told me they could get me in ya right and the guy today tells me people been waiting 6 hours to put tires on well I can tell u it dose not take that long to put tires on... maybe they should hire more people and things will be faster.... I am ever going back there
Waited for 2.5 hours to have my winter tires put on just for them to tell me the tires were no good and they wouldn't change them (while another garage told me they were fine). They said they could have gotten me in right away for the oil change had they checked my tires like they normally do while I was waiting, but they must have missed me.
