They push the upsell at every opportunity, but are fast and not too expensive. On the last visit there was no pushy upsell, they just showed the maintenance schedule for my car and it's current for all recommended services. Much better Mr. Lube!!
All Mr Lube locations I have visited were great! I have been going to the Hazeldean location last few times and they were awesome. Worth visiting them for any car maintenance. I was helped by Omaya and Fabian
I'm gonna give this two stars because I asked for the just regular synthetic oil. But after I got the bill I realized they had charged me for the premium synthetic. Not only that but from the time I arrived to the time I left an hour and a half had gone by. Save your cash and head down the road to the great canadian oil change. I'm usually in and out in 20- 30 min.
Fake advertising about free windshield wiper and vacuum cleaner. 2 times in a row . Just said we are out if them but lots if effort to sell not required services . No recommended this location.
