Had a great experience today, served my a gentleman named Dev. Checked all the air pressure in my tires greased up my doors checked all my fluids and changed my oil . Clean my windows as well. Was well taken care of today.
Update: I sent my summary to the address they listed in their response. Emailed back and forth with their area manager, Denis, who wanted to offer a free oil change or compensate me the $40 for the check at Canadian Tire and I countered asking for a refund on the oil change. He disagreed stating a free oil change is fair compensation seeing as how they also fixed the issue. I had to waste my time and labour doing the interim fix, time and gas going back to your location. Not happy with trying to push unnecessary items for sales and you can't even do an oil change right. Went in on Jan 20th and Jan 24th my splash shield started dragging at the back. Had to do an interim fix by jacking up the car and zip tying what I could so the rear of the shield wouldn't drag. Not pleasant in -20 degree weather! Went to Canadian Tire this morning (Jan 25) and they called saying the splash shield had no fasteners and was put on backwards.
