Not happy with trying to push unnecessary items for sales and you can't even do an oil change right. Went in on Jan 20th and Jan 24th my splash shield started dragging at the back. Had to do an interim fix by jacking up the car and zip tying what I could so the rear of the shield wouldn't drag. Not pleasant in -20 degree weather! Went to Canadian Tire this morning (Jan 25) and they called saying the splash shield had no fasteners and was put on backwards. For a company that prides themselves on service speed and professionalism, this location in particular is the worst drive thru oil change facility, hands down. Pulled in for a basic oil change with 1 car ahead of me in the bay. Waited over an hour and a half while watching the techs on the upper level walk back and forth between the 3 cars in bays, barely doing any service. Majority of Mr. lubes seem to have a programmable oil refill hose. This location, i watched the techs use big jugs of oil to refill the car ahead of me, ... read more

Let me start off by saying I don't normally give bad reviews as you can see on my profile. But wow these guys take the cake. They completely damaged my vehicle and will no own up to it and will not even refund me the service cost. My car stopped running and I found out that there was over 7 LITRES of oil in the car which I was told by a certified mechanic. Only people that touched my car was Mr Lube but they say oh you must have went somewhere else or are lying. They are terrible people and will not acknowledge when a mistak... read more
