Recently went for an oil change and was assisted by Marshall. This was a very pleasant experience as Marshall was knowledgeable, very helpful and shared some good recommendations for the upkeep and safety of our vehicle. He made our trip to Mr. Lube a great experience. We will be back, thank you!

Excellent customer service, even free coffee and local Sun Newspaper while one waits for an open bay. I was attracted to the free windshield wipers blades a $53.00 promotion in this Stittsville new location. I wasn't aware they offered headlight lens restoration of which I'll have to return. My only concern is having to wait in the car (2 hours) while in the queue and staff perform the work. A customer service lounge would be nice.
