visited Mr. Lube + Tires for a tire change and oil change, and unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. After my service, I asked the technician about the survey code that customers can use for feedback and possible future discounts. I was told that I could not receive it because it was “given by mistake.” The technician’s attitude came across as rude and unprofessional during the conversation.
