I had a flat tire due to a bróker sensor , I went to this location, because I had a good experience before . One of the staff (Love) was very helpful, excellent customer service , even though it was very busy, the wait wasn't that long . Thank you, for your amazing service.
I brought my car in for a tire swap (on rims, super simple). Started hearing a rubbing sound immediately after driving off, so I brought it back later in the week. They told me that a caliper had seized and tried to sell me on a full brake job to replace everything. I went to a real mechanic and these guys had just bent the brake cover putting the tire on; no new parts, fixed in half an hour. Mr Lube aren’t real mechanics, and it ain’t worth the convenience to overpay for shoddy service.
Well this shop I have been here a couple of times now. Oil changes and tire swaps. Good service and quick. The manger on duty was curious, they did not push unnecessary goods on me but they have to always try to sell: The one thing that is different they did not cut a hole in the bottom of my car. I went to a certain Mr. lube and this happened. While I had no cameras under my car and a week later after an oil change I had my breaks done.
