I want to give a shout out to Mr Lube and directly to staff Arun who changed my engine air filter in less then 15 mins.today. In addition Arun resolved my cars hood which would not close properly. I brought in my own set of brand-new winter tires to be installed here last winter. After a month, all four tires were severely leaking air. After having my car towed to the dealership for an inspection, I was told the tires were not properly mounted on the rims. Because of this installation error, they had been leaking since day one. I am very disappointed with the poor workmanship and the safety risk it caused. I won't be coming back
Everyone is awesome. I was from out of town and needed new tires and an oil change so I can leave. They helped me out and I was on my way. Even topped my coolant Thanks guys.
