Awesome service! Thanks to Inder for an efficient oil change, as well as checking and replacing the air filter. Appreciated the attention to detail, topping up the windshield fluid, checking tire pressure and reviewing everything with me. Highly recommend, and will be back!
I went in for an oil change, and told them three times I wanted only an oil change. I knew I had other issues with my vehicle, but I was waiting I had someone else who would take care of those. Then they proceeded to do the oil plus everything else I didn’t want and charged me $600 that I couldn’t afford. And ever since then, my vehicle has been having problems and it’s not working properly.
Good customer service, but I felt pressured into buying extra services after I said I couldn’t afford them. I eventually agreed just to stop being asked. Respecting a customer’s “no” would make the experience much better.
