I got verbally attacked and harassed , I stated only wanted an oil and and after multiple attempts of telling him ,he got angry and threatened me by locking the bay doors and calling the cops because I was filming for my own safety. The other workers looked scared to intervene.
I don't understand why the rating for these crooks is so high. These people are criminals! $150 for a basic oil change? Trying to sell my wife every repair under the sun that is not needed! We just had a full inspection by a mechanic 3 months ago. They started taking the van apart to try and convince her to buy things that she didn't need. And then on the way home? The engine light turns on coincidence? I think not! Never again. I might even contact the better business bureau.
