Had a great experience getting my oil changed here! Rahul was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly — from the type of oil being used to what to expect during the service. He also did a quick check on other fluids and made sure everything was in good shape, which I really appreciated. The service was quick & efficient.
I had a exceptional visit to this Jiffy Lube location. From the moment I pulled in, a technician was there to help me right away. The team, especially Mithil, Ankit, and Nitish, was beyond helpful, and genuinely kind. My car was making a loud noise, and I had a long drive home. The team took the time to do a thorough diagnosis. Please know the people working here make commission. I say this as I went in with my older work car and needed a oil change. I have obviously had many oil changes before with this car. Generally I take it to Great Canadian Oil Changers as it's on my way home from work. Yesterday however I didn't stop and figured I would stop by Mr lube. I thought there could be a difference in price and I was right. They are a few dollars more expensive than Great Canadian Oil Changers.
