Professional and friendly. Called ahead and they repaired my tire at the close of business on the Sunday before Canada Day. Saved me a hassle.
Just in for an oil change. Suny needs to learn to take no for an answer and work on being a little friendlier. As a former employee at a different location, I’m more than aware that Suny’s attitude is not up to Mr. Lube standards. If I’m telling you I can change something myself, I can change it myself.
As we were driving our check coolant light went off. Lakh was kind enough to take a look and fixed the issue in no time. He was very respectful, patient and kind.
