⚠ DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I went in for a SIMPLE tire swap and left with a broken original wheel-lock key stuck inside my lug nut. Instead of taking responsibility for what happened while my vehicle was in their hands, they blamed the previous shop. I will NOT simply let this go. I’m documenting everything and will be taking this matter to court to seek compensation for the damage. What should have been a basic tire swap has turned into a completely unacceptable situation. The rest of the people were pretty nice but Arvind (I believe the person that was working on the tires) was incredibly passive aggressive and condescending/short for no reason. Came in for a inside tire patch and they figured the tire wasn’t in fit condition to be patched and I’d need a new tire since rubber granules were found in it, but they still put it back on without a patch when I had expressed that I was happy taking responsibility for the patch as well. Still got charged 50 bucks for nothing and wasted an hour
This place is one of the best customer service and treated us like a family, not only that, gave us the genuine opinion, as we got a flat tyre. While coming from lower mainland and we're on our way to Saskatchewan. They didn't even charged us for the fitment and did everything for free ❤
Loved the service. Very Quick and efficient. Specially the Manager, he gave us genuine advice with full transparency.
Honestly I didn’t know how this place was until today. Specially I have to mention Alwin! Big shoutout to him. He was exceptionally helpful and kind. Went above and beyond to fix my car’s electrical issue when it was almost closing time. Cheers!
