Had brake line go in Dartmouth , drove into Mr Lube . The manger didn’t have my brake fluid type in their shop. But she came out, looked at brake fluid level and crawled under the car to identify leak. She couldn’t have been more kind. Great service at this location . Thank you!

I used to go for oil change at this location every 3 months from last 2 years but yesterday I went for oil change and I brought my own oil just like everytime I did in past they charged me 80$ for oil change even I am giving own oil and in the past they charge me everytime 45$ after taxes and o waited almost 2.5 hours , they were only focused and trained on selling secondary services like engine flush , coolant change and many other services for which they are not properly trained I asked them to top off the fluids and they ... read more
The staff are very friendly and they don't pressure updates much. 2 of the 3 bays are dedicated to snow tire changes currently so don't fret if you pull up and the lot is full. I typically wait for an hour to get.my oil changed.
Called before I went to make sure the coupon I had worked was told yes. When I got there I asked again was told yes. Then waited for an hour and a half and when it was finally my time I asked once again and was told nope doesn't work . Totally wasted my morning when I could have went somewhere else very unprofessional
