Im surprised to learn that others have had similar experiences, it wasn’t just me. Mr. Lube charged me for a rear differential fluid service, then later charged my wife for the exact same service during an oil change, claiming it was due. A trusted mechanic later confirmed the service was never performed both times. Due to this kind of dishonest practice, I’ve stopped going to Mr. Lube and would strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
