Nav was amazing, he went the extra mile to resolve the issue which was caused by somebody else.
I came in for an oil change, was concerned I had a leak afterwards. Brought it back in and the manager (Nav) took a look, determined it was a leaky power steering hose. He made helpful suggestions for saving money on repairs, topped up the fluid and was happy to take the time to ensure customer satisfaction.
