Excellent service provided by Zafri, Joshua, and the rest of their team! They were all very efficient and friendly, as well as straight forward with costs. Zafri is such an energetic and professional person, he was fun to chat with while we were getting our oil change done.
They cracked my transmission casing and broke 5 bolts that I had to pay to have removed by a proper mechanic. And they are refusing to pay for the damage caused, lying about it and finding excuses to pretend it wasn't their fault. Avoid if you care about work done properly and accountability.
Zafri, Aidan and Connor were great helps! 5 star service for sure!
Was just in today. Right from the start, friendly staff, positive, informed me of issues without pushy sales. I own a HVAC company and understand how important staff and quality job is. Zaffri and the other guys nailed it today. Thanks Mr Lube.
